Beacon Consult is the brainchild of Mark Fulcher who has a global reputation as a trusted advisor for growing organisations and those experiencing significant change.
When Malaysia Airlines dealt with the twin aviation disasters MH17 and MH370, Mark helped guide their transformation.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mark enabled mobilisation of telehealth services across the UK. And, in the aftermath of Victoria’s Black Saturday bushfires, Mark helped establish the Victorian Bushfire Reconstruction and Recovery Authority (VBRRA).
Mark has worked across diverse sectors, such as health, industrial and consumer products, government, logistics, and financial services – and with major Australian and global organisations.

Beacon Consult. is the brainchild of Mark Fulcher, a culture and people expert with over 25 years of experience in strategic HR and management consulting working across organisations such as PwC, EY, Australia Post and Hanes (Pacific Brands).
With his wealth of experience in the development and implementation of people and culture strategies for both small and large brands, Mark has the proven ability to translate organisational strategies into action while taking a very human approach that acknowledges the journey should be just as inspiring as the results achieved. Mark’s reputation for delivering value through culture change, performance enhancement, leadership, coaching and capability development means his expertise is highly sought after.
Mark has advised clients in Australia and Southeast Asia often at important moments in history.
