His career spans more than a decade in management consulting—including leadership roles with two Big 4 firms—and hands-on experience across Australia, continental Europe, China, and Southeast Asia. He also spent seven years in the consumer products industry, leading across markets in Australia, Hong Kong, and China.
Mark specialises in helping senior leaders and executive teams achieve clarity, cohesion, and measurable performance. He has coached CEOs and C-suite leaders with a consistent track record of lifting both individual effectiveness and team engagement.
