Brand Management and Business Analysis at Pacific Brands
To build the commercial experience that defines Mark as a consultant he has other experience beyond organisation development and management consulting. He has prior experience in product and brand management across several of Australia’s top brands including Dunlop Sport, Dr Scholl’s, adidas, and Holeproof during his time working for Pacific Brands. Mark has effectively managed and implemented marketing strategies, made significant use of CRM systems, and handled all elements of the marketing mix. His product management skills included product development, crafting product plans, and conducting analysis and reviews.
His key accomplishments include the strategic development and implementation of a cohesive branding policy for Dunlop Sport. He successfully re-launched the Dunlop Sport brand to the retail sector, developed and implemented marketing plans, and managed the marketing department and its budgets for advertising and PR. His efforts also extended to coordinating a new TV campaign featuring Mark Philippoussis, enhancing the brand’s point of sale presentations and corporate image. Moreover, Mark played a pivotal role in introducing the first Business Intelligence (B.I.) capability for Pacific Brands.
