Enhanced Operating Model at Nextt
As Nextt was navigating the shifting landscape of the NDIS to meet their aggressive 2025 growth targets Mark was engaged to assess their current operating model and help define what the future operating model needs to be support their lofty aspirations – around profitable growth and superior service. Mark worked closely with the executive team to get a clear understanding of the current operating model, including strengths and weaknesses.
After outlining multiple operating model options from similar reference organisations, as well as other industries, a model was chosen that could deliver across the multiple state regions, as well set leaders and teams up to provide best in class service. Mark guided Nextt to a signed off operating model, and developed the change and implementation plans for the organisation to take forward as an organisation.
