I have been lucky enough to see Patrick Lencioni twice now. His ‘Five Dysfunctions of a Team’ framework remains unmatched in its ability to diagnose team challenges. Even after years of consulting, I still find myself sketching out Lencioni’s pyramid in client meetings. Why? Because it just works.
