HR Transformation to Scale at Natrio
Natrio Asia Pacific has had an exciting few years with never before seen growth and results in the industrial products sector. With the organisation’s size growing four-fold over three years, and scaling from a small to medium organisation, I knew we needed to do more around our HR function to support our growth plans. As a result, I engaged Mark from Beacon Consult. Initially Mark led a People and Culture Healthcheck, which helped me, as MD, to understand where are biggest gaps were and where we needed to focus our immediate attention and plan for future growth.
This quickly led to the restructure of Natrio which helped us get clear around the core functions and roles and how to work more efficiently together. Like many growing organisations we have had great difficulty attracting talent so Mark led work across recruitment, onboarding, remuneration as well as procuring our first HR information system. From being the consultant who leads our strategic offsites, to being an advisor and coach to me and my leadership team, we’ve delivered results based on Mark’s consulting that we never thought possible.
