Scaling People Foundations
We’ve now worked with many scaling organisations setting up their people & culture and other corporate functions, across people, process and technology, to meet future strategic objectives. This can start with redesigning the organisation, redesigning Recruitment and Onboarding functions, as well as Development and Performance. Systems are also critical and we’ve worked closely leading multiple clients to deliver HR information Systems to support many People and Culture functions.
The final missing piece is change management and engagement.
