As the size of an organisation grows rapidly, many organisations discover that although they have found success, their people are not supported for that success and struggle to identify, let alone deliver on, the organisation’s strategy. Organisations quickly realise their old systems, processes – and even people, are no longer relevant and that new ones are needed. And fast.

We’ve now worked with many scaling organisations setting up their people & culture and other corporate functions, across people, process and technology, to meet future strategic objectives. This can start with redesigning the organisation, redesigning Recruitment and Onboarding functions, as well as Development and Performance. Systems are also critical and we’ve worked closely leading multiple clients to deliver HR information Systems to support many People and Culture functions.

The final missing piece is change management and engagement. Whether an organisation is scaling to their next phase of growth, or evolving through a transformation, people need to be guided along the change path deliberately and consistently and out the other side – not allowed to languish in uncertainty.
