Reimagining Performance at Latitude
Latitude Financial wanted to bring some fresh thinking to how they managed the performance of their people for future success. Mark was engaged to challenge the traditional approaches they had in place for performance management and elevate the goal to truly enhance individual and team performance, as well as driving the desired culture for future success.
Mark worked closely with the C suite leading the Discovery and Design phases to transform approaches around goal setting, great conversations, people development and reward for high performance. This was a significant step for Latitude, the first time performance management was refreshed as an enabler since Jack Welch, former GE CEO and the grandfather of performance management, had defined it for this former GE company decades before.
