Yes. If you already have a strategy, we’ll help you deliver it rather than start again. If you have a preferred diagnostic or framework, we’re happy to use it. We also use a range of established tools, including the Leadership Circle Profile, Team Management Profile and Myers-Briggs, depending on what suits your team.

Many clients start with the Leading Lights Diagnostic, a short one-to-two-week piece of work to understand how your team is operating. It involves a survey, one-on-one conversations with your leaders, some background research and a workshop with the team. At the end you get a clear picture of what’s going on and what to do about it.
