Beacon Consult Expands
Beacon Consult has expanded the firm’s Board and Executive Advisory capability with the appointment of Expert Consultant Helen Fairclough (MAICD).
Helen joins Beacon Consult following a successful career as a senior executive and current board director, most recently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre (MCEC).

Helen has board experience spanning not-for-profits, industry associations, and chambers of commerce in both Australia and the United States. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director for the Venue Management Association (Asia Pacific), Board Member for the Australian American Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco, and Executive Council Member, Chamber Change Champion and former Non-Executive Director for the Victorian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Helen’s executive experience, which includes roles with international Fortune 500 companies, allows her to bring clarity and direction to individuals and businesses facing pivotal moments of change or opportunity.
This experience was gained from leading post-pandemic recovery and economic impact delivery at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition and shaping global HR strategy for Chevron. She had also led significant change initiatives to support technology implementations across Europe, Asia and the US for clients including Toyota Motor Corporation, Union Chimique Belge, and United Overseas Bank.
