Starlight Foundation
The Starlight Foundation Advisory Board for Victoria, faced the critical task of refining their strategic direction to enhance their impact. Recognising the need for external expertise, they invited Beacon Consult, on a pro bono basis, to facilitate their strategy session. This session was crucial in helping them define clear priorities for the immediate and longer-term future.
Australian American Chamber of Commerce (San Francisco Bay Area)
Partnered with this registered not for profit board and members to align vision, strategy and values, strengthening bilateral community and trade links.
Big Brothers Big Sisters, Youth Charity
Delivered pro-bono mentoring services designed to help disadvantaged young people develop a greater sense of belonging and self-worth.
Venue Management School, Kingscliff, NSW
On an annual basis we deliver pro-bono lecturing services, instructing in ‘Leadership for venue Managers’ and ‘Managing Change’ to educate the next generation of venue industry and events professionals.

The Commentators Club
As annual attendees of the Commentators Club luncheon, Beacon Consult are proud to support grassroots charities. From 1998 onwards funds generated beyond the cost of the luncheon are donated to a different grassroots charity each year. This event has donated over half a million dollars to a range of charities including: The Sacred Heart Mission, the N.I.C.K Foundation, TLC for Kids, Disabled Wintersports Association, FareShare, STREAT, 20th Man, The Y-House Foundation and SleepBus to name a few.

St Kevin's Father's Association
Beacon Consult was proud to sponsor the St Kevin’s College Fathers Association Networking Night in September 2025. Bringing together members of the school community, the event was an opportunity to share ideas, strengthen networks, and support one another’s careers and businesses. Our sponsorship provided the chance to connect and advise directly with attendees, fostering community growth and collaboration.

Mark brings deep insight from working with complex organisations, government bodies, and boards—often during their most defining moments. Helen brings a rare blend of C-suite operational experience and leadership development expertise, with a sharp focus on strategy and team effectiveness.
