Recently I attended a series of four weekly Team Coaching workshops with Dr. Paul Lawrence through the Association for Coaching (AC).
Dr. Paul Lawrence is a well-regarded figure in the field of team coaching, recognized for his extensive contributions to both practice and research. His publications and teachings have significantly impacted the coaching community, particularly in systemic and team coaching methodologies.
We covered a lot of content, but I particularly found this model nifty. It looks at the work that needs to be done from a skills and behaviour perspective both for an individual but also at a team level.
The approach to addressing any gaps is varied and Team Coaching is only one strategy. Other work at a team level, that I have previously highlighted, includes team facilitation, team consulting, team building, team development and also a good game of Twister!
